Age Group Cups
How the 2009 Club Championship points work- age group cups The 2009 Club Championships at Sevenoaks, will try and mirror the Kent's and other bagcat style competitions with age group trophies to go to swimmers with highest number of bagcat points from each of the "Saturday" events, ie either 50m or 100m (depending on age) fly, back, breast, front crawl, plus a distance f/c (200, 400, 800 or 1500), a form stroke (200 b/c, fly or b/s) and an IM.
Under 9's because they don't have bagcat points for 25 metres, decided over the Saturday events with 6 points for 1st down to 1 point for 6th. No points if disqualified in final.
So in summary Under 9's: 25m fly, back, breast and f/c, 6 points for 1st through to 1 for 6th. Total points over 4 events.
10/11's; use ASA Bagcat points - total points over 50m fly, back, breast and f/c, best 200m form stroke (fly, back or breast), best distance f/c (200, 400, 800 or 1500) and best IM (100, 200 or 400).
All others as per 10/11's above but replace 50m with 100m. | ![]() NoticeboardSunday, 5th Feb Training: The Sennocke Centre is open so all training is on, although there is no dry land session for Silver There will be no swimming at Combe Bank on Monday 13th Feb due to half term. ![]() |
