Sevenoaks Trio help Kent Triumph at Inter Counties - 07-10-2009SEVENOAKS TRIO HELP KENT TRIUMPH AT INTER-COUNTIES Sevenoaks Swimming Club members Angus Wyatt, Ben McDonald and James Manning were all on top form recently when representing Kent in the South East Counties Under 19 Water Polo Premier League. Angus (15), James (16) and Ben (15) played against teams from Middlesex, Hampshire and Surrey. The Kent team faced Middlesex in their opener, and with coach Dave Clifford (also from Sevenoaks S.C.) regularly swapping players off the bench ran out comfortable winners 9-5. Next up the team demolished Hampshire 15-1. Their final game was against pre-tournament favourites Surrey. After scoring two early goals, Kent allowed Surrey back into the game, before steadying their nerves and shutting Surrey out to win 7-4 to secure the Premier League Trophy.

Sunday, 5th Feb Training: The Sennocke Centre is open so all training is on, although there is no dry land session for Silver There will be no swimming at Combe Bank on Monday 13th Feb due to half term.
