Sevenoaks Chronicle Sports Awards - 10-03-2010Sevenoaks Chronicle Sports Awards We are delighted to be able to make 2 announcements to all members of Sevenoaks Swimming Club:
The Club has won the Young Sports Team of the Year Award in the recent Chronicle newspaper Sports Awards. This is a fitting reflection of the hard work of parents, officials, helpers and above all the swimmers for their efforts in the Club’s many successes over the past 12 months.
Congratulations also go to Xander Alari-Williams who has won the Sports Personality of the Year Award in the same Awards. Again, this is a reflection of Xander’s achievements over the past 12 months and the hard work that has entailed.
The fact that the Club has won in two categories is clearly impressive and a reflection of our standing in the local community. Grateful thanks go to all those who voted.
